I don't know. Probably her mum (my cousin) will be bringing much of the food. Her house is very modest and kitchen not large.
Maybe arrangements will be changed. Just re-counted. Eleven people, at minimum and possibly two to three more.
I am the bringer of the cherries and strawberries, so I consider myself to be essential to the table. Still reckon they should call if off and have McDonalds in the local park. Everyone can bring a picnic blanket. I will bring the top-of-the-market cherries and strawberries, which have, in the past, been a big hit and I now have this standard to keep up. Husband is using up his work leave for the caring of his injured wife, very active 3-year old daughter, and a six week baby. Have no idea how this will work.
Christmas Day needs to be cancelled, I reckon. Too much stress. You are right, Margaret.
