Even I have had the pneumonia shot. Well worth considering for anyone over 70 plus I also had a shingles shot.
You may like to ask your doc about that too.
I always go to the doc with a note written so as not to forget some questions.
Only recently did a BONE density scan as well.
A broke3n bone at a certain age can be the start of the slippery slope and some things can't be reversed but they can be stopped.
Not bad for one like me who once avoided doctors like the plague but have now re thought things and know my doc is
smarter than doc Google. She knows me the full person.
I also had no hesitation in recommending
@Parsifal to my doc. She may meet her for the first time when getting a flu shot.
