kengaroo, have noted your cervical degeneration problems and referred pain.

I have something similar and any vibration eg bumpy unsealed roads or the lawnmower causes significant pain or more precisely more significant pain. Bit of a relapse this past week but I have been able to build up to swimming laps, after not being able to for at least 20 years. So, never give up trying. Have seen a few specialists in my time and but my current medications seem to have hit the sweet spot. I have referred pain from my neck to the inside of my elbow to my hands, shoulder blades, scapula. Endep 60 mg at night, mobic 7.5 mg at night, lyrica 225 mg at night. I also take turmeric, glucosamine and Q10. Have had to resort to a panadeine forte the last 4 nights as without sleep a downwards cascade ensues. No matter what shape I'm in when my grand-daughter runs towards me with arms outstretched every Thursday morning at 6.30 am, the pain magically goes away.
