I have something similar and any vibration eg bumpy unsealed roads or the lawnmower causes significant pain or more precisely more significant pain. No matter what shape I'm in when my grand-daughter runs towards me with arms outstretched every Thursday morning at 6.30 am, the pain magically goes away.
