    Hi Taurisk, Been thinking about your post. Wanted to pass on to you a very brief summary about Intermittent Fasting (from Dr Ken Barry - Keto eating specialist). You wrote "triggers stem cell regeneration". I made these notes a couple of weeks ago and here is the list:

    * Boost stem cell production (snap, exactly your comment)
    * Decrease insulin and glucose (insulin is inflammatory)
    * Increase HGH (Human Growth Hormones) - very desirable
    * Increase rate of Autophagy (youthful new cells)
    * Mycotrophy increase - this is the intake of nutrients
    * Raises the metabolic rate (fasting once thought to do the opposite, when body goes into Starvation mode - Weight Watchers told us that as well - now the opposite has found to be true)
    * Risk of heart attack - declines
    * Risk of having a stroke - declines
    * Cancer risk - declines

    Thought you may be interested, Taurisk. It is easier than you think. I too love my food.
