I could net them but it’s hard to do so. I had initially but that introduced a whole lot of other challenges. So I haven’t. But I may selective net some branches. Same with my kiwi fruit
of course the other option is to replace the electric fence designed to keep them out. If I go home and decided to keep the place I’ll rethink my orchard probably.
I think it was @Taurisk that suggest I get back as soon as I can. Chance would be a fine thing. I’m ok in melbourne but being locked down is wearing thin. Last thing I’m going to want to do is go back to Tasmania and pay for the privilege of being locked down in a hotel. That would be crazy. My home would be far safer anyway and even if I was restricted to it I have thirty acres I could wander through. That would be freedom. So I’ll sit it out, avoid plans and slowly pack up this place.
