@NoBoDe - no - too big a bird to tackle for me - 2 good quality (free range) chickens with a nice stuffing should do the trick. But there are three birthdays before Christmas and i have volunteered to host one of them.
Tomorrow the gallery people are coming round to view some of the paintings you gifted me and they have framed and gotten very curious about, plus the guy who I keep asking to nail my hard walls for the hooks - his wife has already ventured to ask that 'maybe he is taking so long, because we chat over coffee' - not true - so I invited them round for tomorrow, as well. Nice people, full of good humour, originally from Denmark, but have become 'bush aussies' by working on mines and in and around mining towns in outback W.A. Go well Taurisk
