    Whatever I like. None, if they fail. First batch of "Cinnamon biscuits" best described as "bullets". Followed the Women's Weekly recipe but absolute disaster. I used a pestle and mortar to try and grind them down into crumbs. Had to give up on that as well, lol.

    So fetched my mother's old recipe book and my ginger biscuits turned out OK. I put some unchrystallised ginger on the top of some of them, expecting that the ginger would just fall off, so only tried on some of them. Seems it has stayed on OK. There are probably a few hundred women cooking biscuits. One year they put in a recipe for Anzac Biscuits and everyone made Anzacs!!! Now you can make whatever you like, except you need to label with exact ingredients. Nuts of any kind, not allowed. I want to make Coconut biscuits and Cheese biscuits in the next couple of days. Have to pop down to the shop for some more SR flour in the meantime.....lol
