@Justis - and very nice it is, indeed!! I had occasion - yesterday - to envy your spray system at the edge of your entertainment area - I had everything set up for my 'wake' being outside and then it got to almost 40° - and I had to keep people inside in the one air-conditioned room - I have air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms, too, but that's at the other end of house.
For me, it was a bit of a nightmare, getting food and drinks to people who sat in a circle in the living room . . . . never again - but everyone had a lovely time and i got a chance to sit down and rest my feet. did nothing today, except tidy up a bit - but have gardener coming tomorrow - and a large bin - that will be fun in the heat.
So, yes, water is wonderful, in fact you could easily have put a pool in, in that lower ground where you are planting vegetables, however, it is pretty and seems to expand the views into and from your back garden. go well Taurisk
