I watched a really beautiful movie this evening on SBS, called "The ideal palace" and it was absolutely wonderful, showing the true story about a simple man, a peasant and postman in a small village in the Auvergne in France, building this fantasy structure of a palace, building it for 30 years. he called an 'ideal palace'. It was beautifully acted!
It's a true story and one can still visit the place. It has been listed as a work of 'naive art' or similar by the French Government and one can still visit it.
If you are interested in the creative spirit, in the imagination of man (I include 'woman' in this) this movie is a revelation
