@Parsifal - that is an amazing photo - and @picastoc - it could serve as a pattern for a wall-hanging, either appliqued, knitted or quilted. I remember one of Western Australia's famous artist's paintings done in that way, but in wool, hanging on the wall in Parliament House - it was an abstract. I have undone a pillow cover which is machine-embroidered and depicts the 'Three Sisters' Aboriginal style and fixed it to a board, which has a wide frame in black velvet (plus gold braid on the outside) and it looks amazing. Need to see my doctor today, so no time to post photo - not easy on this computer as I still cannot find my way around the original set-up - need to spend time. Go well Taurisk
