I am reading all the options available to me if I cook and then freeze caramelised well cooked onions. Well, I reckon I've been cooking these for about two hours yet they don't have the same appearance as I see on the internet.
These were delivered to me in my fruit and vegie box this morning. Very fresh and unlike brown onions from the local shops.
But now I have work to do. I will also make a zucchini slice as well.
