While google maps is good for some reason it doesn't provide what I think is the best route to/from to/from your area, typically it takes you via Jandakot
Bugger screen shot doesn't look like it worked, any way coming from your area I would get off Roe Hwy at Karel ave the take a left at Farrington road. Follow that to where it ends at North lake road, left there and then right at Phoenix road. You know the rest
