Hi @Justis - that's what I do, when I come over to my girl who doesn't live that far away from you. Leaving your place, I have two choices, but will get back onto North Lake Road (it's a nicer drive, seeing i will be driving a 'tourist') - at the end short left turn onto Beeliar, then across bridge right turn and I am on Kwinana again - 15 mins. = probably 1/2 hour to Mandurah - and parking near Performing Arts Center is always plentiful.
