yes I think I’ve overdone it maybe. I seem to have slotted into the category of help when one needs it so just have to do a bit of self care and boundaries. Plus it’s cold hibernation weather and that probably doesn’t help
but there are rewards. I found out today the background of one of the people at the meeting yesterday. Wow. What a resume - working with some of the iconic film directors. Totally self effacing beautiful person.
