True, I've had people tell me about building up your immune system.

You've had kids, i can remember my son at a certain age, getting sick at school over and over!

I was thinking what's going on??

It was happening tooo often!

Then i found out, each time he met his mates, morning, noon, after school.

They would shake hands hello goodbye etc

Very social!!

But not very hygienic.

How can you build your immune system with millions of viruses around??
