Hi
@Joannie - seriously?? - you can't even jump up onto the toilet seat, not that this is an option -
How about this: many many years ago - in my first year here, i had just turned 21 - had first baby - and we were great friends with a couple where the husband originated in England (Archie) - lovely bloke, really kind human.
They invited us to their holiday place in Wollongong. - I was still breastfeeding my first child. The house turned out to be a fibro cottage (don't know how to spell this) with the typical tiny verandah enclosure in front. Well: hungry baby all of three months old - I go out the front for some privacy, sit down, begin breastfeeding - then look up and next to me on the wall there was a spider whose body was the size of a breakfast plate -
I totally freaked, let out a scream - and ran
ran inside and was told 'they are harmless' - I didn't believe it, still don't - and I haven't seen one that big since then either.
But generally I am not too fussed when it comes to insects, mice etc. except I hate those green flies who bite - and I was once bitten by a fire ant, or maybe two - I got too close to their nest - unbelievably painful. I have poured petrol around their nest, hopefully it got in.
Need to do a bit of clean-up in garden, lawnmower guy is coming tomorrow.
Have a nice Sunday all
