My new boss has really rocked the boat and has turned out to be quite inept at managing a department. He hired two new Project Managers, and in a matter of 7 weeks has destroyed them, they are ready to leave. These are people with 20 years of project management experience each. Its a battle at work now not to say anything wrong, it's just toxic. I just have to bit my lip and keep it inside.
