Consuela's out of town, so vegetables and fruit can kiss my ass. Oh the joy of meat and potato's. Tonight, I threw a delightfully seasoned roast beef in the oven complete with garlic infused spuds. An hour in to the cooking process I fell asleep watching the devil box and woke at 9pm. M'mmmm - crispy . I guess 5 hours was a tad too long and really must learn how to operate the confounded timer. Oh, so many buttons and flashing lights - hows a boy to cope with this wretched technology. The very reason I don't encumber myself with one of those smarty pant mobile phones.
