    i was assured and told of the underwriting some months ago.....

    were you as a shareholder or potential shareholder by way of company on market disclosure?...

    fair and reasonable disclosure?.....

    why wasn't this announcement released yesterday when the options were still trading or even before.... it may have boosted the shareprice and options price?....

    those wanting to sell may have got something for them?...

    more to come......you'll see.....
