mr dollar ..... either way I look at it we got screwed. no other way about it. timing of the underwrite sux and is irrelevant to all of us suckers who waited thinking the company will do the right thing by us.
What are the option holders' alternatives now??
1. Write it off and don't send a cheque in; or
2. Pay up and convert, paying something well north of 5c (assuming most holders bought a while ago and not at 0.001 of late) and hope to god the prject goes well to recover your money.
Either way, we lose and the big boys win.
Even if they announce something between now and the 31st to encourage us to convert, how many people will be able to convert the million or so they 'bet' on over the last month or so? Not many, and again, this plays into the underwriter's hands IMO.
