I don't know whether all you long termers feel it - but I am sensing a shift here.

It's not in the price or the Frankfurt ann - it's a general consensus that we are ready to start flowing uphill in the next round of "The future of Cityview"

Tomorrow starts December - and I'm jsut feeling a stirring of excitement......
We want leases - we want progress, and we know it's all going to start happening in the next few weeks.

Also, when I look at the sell depth I can smile, because I see no massive road blocks there.

It'll be a swift run back into the 30's shortly imo....
Does anyone else feel it?

I am very happy to be holding enough to make a difference to my future...
