I dont see your point abu as the shares do not vest until repayment, if the directors havent repaid the loan then they get nothing
stop looking for or inferring something dodgy
I have looked closely and cannot find anything
can anyone counter this view

I understand the cynicism but as a shareholder i get pretty sick of the insinuation that something is a miss just based on people not reading properly or not understanding announcements
If you dont understand something then ask and no doubt someone here will be able to help dont just assume something is not right
