"of course and that's how complacency creeps in . But the principle is wrong....dead wrong. Shareholders are supposed to own the company but also to benefit from their ownership. It is easy to allow wrong things "as long as we make money" but a capital raising does not guarantee anything except for immediate profits for the privileged.

Let's hope that our optimism is justified.....at the same time I would like some body to look after the genuine interest of shareholders who after all burden the majority of risks.

BTW......this raising costs money.....are the privileged shareholders shouldering that.....or all of "us"?
