    Hi friends,

    I think there is still plenty of upside to Arrow in case of a take-over. A take-over figure of around $6 is likely to be the minimum starting offer.

    However, consider NHC if you have some reservations. NHC has a 17% stake in Arrow and has not moved much in the last few days. NHC is attractive apart from the Arrow stake: sitting on plenty of money, expanding their business, and paying a special divvie in Nov.
