    Every decision the BOD makes , has to have the SHs in mind and how their actions , words impacts the SHs. The SHs are the owners of the company and employ the BOD.
    This maybe a simplistic view but , imo , if more BODs just followed that simple mantra , investing in ASX shares would be much transparent .
