You should get yourself educated. Do you really believe US presidents are voted in by popularity. Hell even Hillary got more votes than Trump. State representatives vote for the president with a conscience vote, and don't have to vote as their electors wish . It a fact the USA uses the electoral college system that is 100% fact.
