....whatever theorys you adhere to the fact remains that MOD is downsizing AND somebody is upsizing...I think pesa 5% looking close to the mark...the question is whats the percentage MOD,s prepared to settle and I speculate once thats done watch the finance B/dust settle...I don,t think in all my years of trading I,ve ever come across this and I,ve been cheated more times than Tigers misses...
