Has anyone thought about the timing of this? If AFHL has got cold feet on backing MST why stretch out the "payment" with these nonsense excuses as they must own up sometime. Seems to me, maybe they are signing up something else more lucretive and don't want the embarrassment of this killing this other deal. Once this is out there that AFHL are an unscrupulous reneger of deals, their name will be mud and it seems to me that a few days delay in this happening does matter to them. Pershaps their money transfer orders aren't backable with real cash and they know that they will keep getting rejected, but it allows them to show papers saying the money is on the way. At this stage only they would know, with privacy the way it is. MMM. ASIC should investigating this whole matter as it leaves a nasty taint and distrust the sharemarket could do without.
