It should be noted that Lynas directors, management and staff are prevented from buying (or selling) Lynas stock except for a few very small time windows each year. These windows of opportunity for buying and selling normally occur after significant announcements have been made to the market to ensure that staff and external shareholders are on the same footing, and to ensure no insider knowledge is used by employees to their advantage.
With the rapid changes occuring in Lynas operations now would almost certainly be a time when Lynas staff are prohibited from buying or selling company stock.
