    I agree Paul, Ash has summed it up in a nutshell and O&G has also replied similarly. My opinion is that RC has it all under control and is working on a decent outcome. Yes it is frustrating and dragging on I agree.Hey RC might even be working on getting the southern pipeline built separately! Ok I'm stretching the envelope here....... a wild thought.
