    I have heard a fair bit of PR and spin and downright excuses for the delay in getting the Jabal Sayid Mining Lease awarded over the past 6 months.

    Finally something that looks very believable and makes me feel confident.

    I now dont think its a matter of "if" but "when" and when looks like its going to be fairly soon.
