That feeling in your bones might just be on the money. Last week KCN made an all scrip offer to DOM equal to $3.63 share, as apart from DOM's Challenger holding, they also have applied for licences in Thailand adjacent to KCN's Chatree holding.
Are you getting the picture here? It just so happens that MAT also have licence applications for land adjacent to Chatree! So I'd have to wonder if KCN might just be interested in MAT as well, as they are keen to establish themselves as mid-tier producer, putting them second behind NCM.
