I think they might be able to make it happen faster than PJ from this point although I'm sorry to see him go.
Pros:
- committed and rich backers who want to push it to production and now have no obstacles.
- financing is now locked in effectively
- they played their hand well, smart operators who know how to get stuff done

Cons:
- possible takeover of remaining shareholders at low price or some other dodgy maneuvers
- will finance it themselves at a ridiculous interest rate probably.

Not sure how to assess the last two risks, thoughts anyone?
