I disagree, finance was stitched up with the Swiss. I heard them speak at the meeting.

This deal could have been executed next Monday.

Now we have to wait to see how hard we are going to get screwed with an inferior finance deal.

imo we have been let down hard by the takeover panel in allowing this travesty to take place.
