@ramamba, yep, happy to hold for long term, sold just under half my holdings. The stars just aligned with the dividend having been “issued” the last monthly report, and the as yet Mar report to be released. Added to that the SP actually increasing ex div. As Christopher Skase said “too good to be true !” Will watch and wait and see if I can pick up some more sub $2.00
