They have forecast costs at $12M a year - so 5.5 to 6 years allowing for interest.
I don't think there is anything for them to report unless a t/o is announced or a JV.
I'm sure (I hope) they are ringing all potential suitors but this would be confidential until a deal is reached.
I'm frustrated too with the sp and the lack of info - but I'll be happy if and when a deal is reached, this has been sprung cleaned for sale imo.
Current market cap $57M - cash soon to be in the account $62M. Assets and goodwill valued at -$5M. What's in SdV? Just dirt?
