If you have taken notes during the roadshow of the last capital raising, keep them. I can still remember some HC posters gave us summary of management's representation of breakeven etc.. Well, those conditions haven't been met which will not be met and they have sold the JS plant which is supposed to lay the golden eggs. Yet the management has the audacity to ask for incentive shares options.

It is time to collect all these notes and start thinking about petition to wind up.

There is a lack of information and justification in the management's actions in my opinion. Minority shareholders should think for themselves and the first thing that crosses my mind is to level the playing field - appoint an independent third party to give us objective information and then realize the assets for all shareholders above 6c.
