I too got burnt as a long term holder from 2010, my average is 24 cents. I knew there would be a retrace but so soon and down to those levels is dissapointing. I was anticipating more of a run in the share price as this was the announcement all of us long term believers had been waiting for over the years. The massive problem is how bad the company has diluted the shares on offer. Almost 1.5 billion shares in a small cap stock is just a set up for failure. This is why I believe there is so much manipulation with this stock. This sort of news should really have put it at sky blue value as this is their greatest achievement to date, not just for the company but for ovarian cancer treatment.
The question the company must ask itself from a business perspective is how can they make this a happy story not only for patients but for the investors that have been committed for so many years. What is going so wrong that many other biotechs are not having this manipulation problem.

Thats my rant for today.
