PEN seems largely to be following the broader market. If you believe that the broader market has had a good run (and indeed you would say PEN has also), but needs to have a breather and maybe a bit of a pullback, you could expect that PEN could also.
Matters little if you are a long termer, just market movements.
For the record, I believe the market needs to have a breather which will see a pullback generally for all stocks.
