Not that this is relevant to this forum, but since you mention paper tigers,
I had a TERRIBLE and TRAUMATIZING experience buying a house where the owner refuse to vacate after paying 3/4 million dollars in a prime area, everything electrical doesn't work (Air Con, Swimming pool electrics, etc) and all the Consumer Association ever did was to cover their backside and did some paper work.

in Singapore, something BIG would have happened.

It's sad to see society:
a) Became so shallow
b) Prime time movie stars snort cocaine and party with Porn star
c) People with big names can't do a simple service right
d) People in politics only know how to fight and argue, and look more like chooks without brains.

Sad era.
