Not quite....
Before ERG there were more than one strategic partner option, but now after ERG has come onboard that dynamic has changed, so there may be no more strategic partners for a while if at all.
One of the directors is the top 5 shareholder and the full BoD hold 15.2%. Top 20 hold 52.2%.
Paul is extremely excited about the prospects going forward, which is not news, but with the additional monies they will forge ahead eve faster with Trenggalek and Woyla.
The future is bright, but do not expect fast returns as this will take some time still.
