Board sing off FEIS' announcement? or Binding Tolling Agreements upon issuance of FEIS?

DOW got another down day, but Cheniere bounced +2.76%, double bottom is formed, IMO.

LNGLY, LNG.ax ADR, recovered earlier loss, but ADR is always just following Australian trading and has very low volume.

Looking forward to next week as FERC risk is off (although still need to wait for final order to commence construction, but that normally just a procedure), AGM, and hope pending BTAs to be finalised.
