    is there any reason why PDY have to listen to them ?

    why cant PDY just reject the deal and move on with some one who is offering a better deal for shareholders and co. future goals ?

    isnt it like if someone wants to buy something off me and puts an offer and i dont like it i dont listen to them and sell it one who is giving me my price??
