I believe this is still being held-up by the ASX. Most likely wanting to ensure the information is correct so we don't have the same issues that HCT had (stock surged to $0.27 only to lose momentum with the multiple TH's due to retractions etc).
I am relatively certain that SKN will respond to the defamatory article in The Age, although I am sure they are seeking legal advice at this present point time on how exactly to proceed.
