I agree. there is another thread running on this IPO - their prospectus looks horrible IMO - the financials look rough as. Huge losses for years - no major revenue growth. looks like founders have been completely shafted of their equity. directors jumping ship all over the place. I even spoke to a mate who works for one of their "blue chip" customers - works in procurement - who hasn't even heard of them. I'm watching this one closely, I've had some ok success with some early stage aussie tech (readcloud, spacetalk, myfiziq). but this one i'm watching for the train wreck appeal.
