I agree with your sentiment. I was most vocal against the changes to Spencers remuneration at that AGM 1 year ago as it was clear to me Spencer was putting in place a substantial golden parachute.
Even if you do move him along, from memory he gets a huge payout...so not sure your effort will se a result.
And I am certain that going forward Apollo will be far harder on any cash handouts/grabs.
After all, they plan to own this business IMO.
