I suspect this update was put together rather hastily.
I think they may have sniffed the wind(read HC) and deduced that the punters have turned feral after the badly timed and articulated granting of the free performance rights just prior to a heavily discounted CR.
The peons are doing the heavy lifting.
One step forward, three steps back gets a bit wearing at times.
To have such a huge discovery and a tiny SP just adds insult to injury.
