1. the latest proposal being put to the AGM is for performance rights (which require no payment), not options. IMO performance rights are preferable form of reward because they avoid a recipient with insufficient cash having to sell down to free carry as was the case with CN not so long ago (which had immediate and lingering effect on the SP).
2. The performance rights are linked (at least 50%) to the performance in the SP , but the base price of 7.9 (from memory) for determination of "performance" is seen by many as pathetically low.
3. While it is a good idea for questions to be asked at the AGM (and good luck with getting a candid response), most people will have voted before the AGM.
4. Comments on this forum enable SH's to vent their feelings and may be designed to influence how people vote at the AGM. I think that is a perfectly good use of the forum.
