I couldn't agree with you more Alpha in regards to getting balanced opinion, and just for the record my post isn't aimed at Tony or any individual.

I'm more concerned with the management bashing and ilogical reasoning that's been going on here with some poster's veament need to bang on about what suits their agenda to skew the furom. And no doubt those on the other side think the same thing. Unfortunately this has recently really polarised the members here and half of the best ones IMHO have now left and talk on a different platform. My point is that the anonymity of HC can work against a healthy debate and bring about base comments that I am not into. It's the way it is on HC which in my opinion offers a great service, but it's anonymity leaves it vulnerable to attracting numpties.....

Regarding Tony and others who are so obviously disappointed with the SP, management incentives and the CR, I can't for the life of me see why he or anyone of the same opinion is holding this stock if they feel the way they feel. That's not my concern, its theirs, but if I shared their concern I would sell up my far shares and move onto a better fitting stock. Simply sell if your not happy because sure as eggs there will be more CR's and we will have this management for a while longer (thanks to the insetive plan). The SP won't do anything spectacular for a while so if any of that frustrates someone surely it's time to sell. There is no shortage of buyers and consistent accumulation is still at play- as is the requirement from the fat cats to holddown of the SP. so if I was only looking for quick returns in the next month or so I wouldn't be holding FAR. Especially if I was disappointed with management and the SP.

I tend to look at the big picture and not worry about the speed bumps that are inevitable along the way. I believe FAR is moving in the right direction with significant momentum. I hold onto the old adage that a stock that does well in a bear market is one that will do much better when things turn bullish. That's one of the reasons I am happy to hold, another is that I think we have a fantastic management team who are doing a great job. I think the board and our big investors are wise to protect them from being poached. we are only scratching the surface in Senigal, and the THP isn't helping jumpy investors, that's for sure.

But my reasoning is personal and only something that I can do for me.... im in for the long haul now more than ever and everything looks good in that regard.

I know where to go if I want a good punt and take bigger risks and that's the craps table, the only casino game that has true odds - if you take odds on your front or back line bet. I am not that lucky at gambling so would much rather back FAR than anything in the casino.

    Giddy up FAR
