I get that this company has disappointed, but it's under new management from my perspective.
So we can keep banging on about how bad the old mob have been, but that doesn't help matters for those who still see the potential for a bright future here. if you can't move on, just move on. I am not sure why people still hold when they have given up. Do it properly.
The other scumbag's game is talking the share price down - destroying the value of your capital - for his financial gain.

As for Heramed right now, I am optimistic.
This new mob continues to deliver.
It might not yet be the groundbreaking mega dollars we would all like, but from little things big things grow.
The hard thing in this space is to keep up the effort, and the new gang at Heramed look hungry, discipled and determined.
